| Stud Terms |
| 1. |
The stud must receive a negative E.V.A. and C.E.M. certificate prior to the mare arriving. |
| 2. |
All mares and foals should arrive with a safe head collar. |
| 3. |
All mares to arrive with their hind shoes removed. |
| 4. |
The stud will have the right to call for veterinary assistance (not included in the veterinary scheme) at any time and all costs will be charged directly to the owner. |
| 5. |
The stud must have, either prior to arrival or on arrival, the mare’s passport, stallion nomination contract, details of mare form, stud terms and veterinary contract. |
| 6. |
The stud will exercise all reasonable diligence and professionalism in the care of your horse whilst on its premises and under its control, however it is expressly understood and agreed that the stud shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or contagious disease / virus which may occur. Any cost will be chargeable directly to the owner. |
| 7. |
All fees are subject to V.A.T and no mare will be released until all outstanding keep fees are paid in full. |
| No mare will be covered without the necessary paperwork. |
